Kindly read the below listed terms and conditions carefully to avoid any inconveniences.

 

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Your payment card will be charged accordingly when each item is dispatched.

ONLY VISA AND MASTERCARD ARE ACCEPTED.

 

Delivery

Free home delivery and assembly of furniture, within UAE, provided that the invoice value exceeds AED 350.

Purchases below AED 350 will be charged with a delivery fee of AED 20.

For Cash or Credit Card on Delivery, you will have to contact us and provide your order number to schedule your delivery. The delivery team will bring a credit card machine to process the payment on your preferred delivery date.

The delivery shall be made at ground level or subject to availability of a service lift of adequate size.

Although we shall endeavor to ensure a timely delivery, we reserve the right to delay the delivery of goods for reasons beyond our control.

 

Receipt of Order Confirmation

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence.  If you do not receive this email please contact sales@archipelagogroup.ae, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

 

Pricing

Prices include VAT at 5% and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. 

 

Reproduction

Archipelago2GO takes the utmost care to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown.

 

Product Information

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products.

 

Overseas Deliveries

Subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, transport mode and shipment size.

 

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Exchanges/Returns are accepted only if an item:

  • Is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase unused and is in its original condition and packaging with the original receipt.
  • After opening, if found to be defective or damaged, Archipelago2GO reserves the right to assess its condition and decide on repair, exchange or return of the goods to Archipelago2GO and a Credit Note will be issued to the customer.

    Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for:

    • Items that has been received and assembled in good condition.
    • Items tagged as ‘Great Value’ or sold ‘As Is’.
    • Bed linens, pillows, throws, blankets and mattresses which have been unsealed and removed from the original packaging.
    • Goods that have been damaged as a result of customer negligence.

    If your purchased item:

    • Has a fault that was not detected at the time of purchase;
    • Is not the same as described on the website;

    Then the item will be repaired, replaced or a Credit Note will be issued. 

    For Cash or Credit Card on Delivery, if you have decided to cancel your order upon arrival, you will be charged AED 20.00 for the transport charges.

     

    Cancellation

    You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service team on +971 4 347 8182 if you would like to cancel an existing order.

    If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information mentioned above.

     

    Availability

    All items are subject to availability.

    We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

     

    Liability

    Archipelago2GO cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. When you place an order to purchase a product from Archipelago2GO your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

    Archipelago2GO endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Archipelago2GO does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typo-logical errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
